10mm Wood Stud Earrings. Stainless steel, nickel + lead free settings. -------------- You are purchasing handmade jewelry designed and created with laser-cut wood and stainless steel. The items you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to being 100% handmade. Due to the variations in materials and monitors, shades, textures and patterns may vary slightly, and we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color or pattern of each item. Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase. Many Kinsal Creative designs contain small component parts which may present a choking hazard if ingested. Jewelry should never be worn in the shower, pool or bed, and it should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking.

9Lilas will accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, unstained and free of smells (i.e., mold, smoke, other odors) merchandise purchased in-store or online within 14 days post marked. 

9Lilas offers exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available) when we are notified of that request within the 14 days post marked.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Defective Items 

At 9Lilas we try our best to provide the best quality with our products. If an item is defective upon receiving, please notify via email - tiffany@9lilas.com - within 2 DAYS of receiving the item to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within this time frame, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. 

  • 9Lilas is not responsible for damage to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. 
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting and computer/phone monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These reasons do not qualify as defects and will not be accepted for return/exchange.

 Login to our new customer platform and use the self-service return option to request a return

Shipping instructions:

  • EASIEST- If return is approved, an email will be sent with the return shipping label. Package your items in original packaging and affix the label. If you use the label, $7.95 will be deducted from your return/credit amount. Inside the package please include a copy of your original receipt is included.
  • OR If you do not want to use our label disregard the email and bring your package to the post office. Inside the package please include a copy of your original receipt and send to:

Please get a tracking # and insurance is up to you but we recommend it. We are not responsible for packages lost/damaged by the shipper.

Details:
Once received, it will be processed ASAP but usually take us about 4-7 days. We will refund your original payment method used. Please allow up to 5 days for your bank to receive the funds.

    Items purchased online can also be returned in-store during normal business hours (follows return policy).

    • Once we receive your return, we will look it over to make sure it follows within our return guidelines. If it does, we will refund the original payment the order was processed on (i.e., credit/debit card, paypal, apple pay, ect.)
      • If the item/s do not meet our return guidelines we will notify you with the email on file that the return is not accepted. A refund will not be issued for the items NOR will the shipping costs be refunded.
    Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
