We teach our ladies to NOT LOOK AT THE SIZE on the tag, trust our notes... each designer is different and one designers 3X may be another designers large 😮🤨(not kidding, we have seen this!)

We ship most orders same day/within one business day, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking #.  

After it is shipped, it is 'out of our hands' and you will need to contact your local post office for late/missing orders.
