9Lilas will accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, unstained and free of smells (i.e., mold, smoke, other odors) merchandise purchased in-store or online within 14 days post marked.
9Lilas offers exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available) when we are notified via email of that request within the 14 days post marked.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Hair Accessories
- Swimwear missing the panty liner
- Dutchology Products (i.e., bars of soap, loofahs, bath bombs, lotion, ect.)
- Mystery Bags
- Sale items marked in red
- Dollar Deal Items (stickered)
At 9Lilas we try our best to provide the best quality with our products. If an item is defective upon receiving, please notify via email - email@example.com - within 3 DAYS of receiving the item to inform us of the issue. Please follow your email with filling out the Return Request Form. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in the form. If we are not notified within this time frame, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- 9Lilas is not responsible for damaged to clothing cause by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting and computer/phone monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These reasons do not qualify as defects and will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Returns costs are covered by the customer. Package up your item/s in the original mailer bag or other packaging and ship back to the above address at your local post office.

Items purchased online can also be returned in-store during normal business hours (follows return policy).
- Once we receive your return, we will look it over to make sure it follows within our return guidelines. If it does, we will refund the original payment the order was processed on (i.e., credit/debit card, paypal, apple pay, ect.)
- If the item/s do not meet our return guidelines we will notify you with the email on file that the return is not accepted. A refund will not be issued for the items NOR will the shipping costs be refunded.
