I am a busy children and wedding photographer and over the years got lazy and, let's be honest, tired of trying to look in-style AND be comfortable. Trying to get 2-year-olds to smile, not to mention sit STILL, is an art form. I usually joke to parents that I don't need a gym membership because I'm running around like a child, throwing balls and sneezing stuffed animals off my head...hhhaaaaachoooo...(works every time!)
And weddings are another story, I NEED to look professional (in an artsy way) but lying on the ground with my arms stretched to get the perfect angle is tough in a pant-suit.
Another issue I had is that I am a 12/14 or xl/1x. It's very frustrating to shop, being this size. It seems the local mall doesn't take in to consideration, the average size woman (which is 14/16.) Going shopping was depressing and pointless, often making me dive in to a pizza, which does not help my aim for a healthy lifestyle.
